Privacy Policy

Street Legal does not collect your data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and no server that receives information about you. This covers both the iPhone app and this website.
This website
The map on the front page is a fixed extract of curb data shipped with the page itself. It runs entirely in your browser, needs no network once loaded, and does not use your location. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from any third party — no fonts, scripts, pixels, or embeds. Like any web server, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records the requests it serves, including your IP address, the time, and which page you asked for; that is used to keep the site up and is not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
Asking for the beta
The beta form does not submit anywhere. Choosing your iPhone and iOS version and pressing the button opens your own mail app with the request written out, addressed to support@secondactlabs.com — nothing is sent until you press send, and this site never sees it. If you do send it, we hold your email address only to tell you when the beta opens, and delete it if you ask or once the beta ends. There is no newsletter and your address is not shared with anyone.
Location
If you allow it, the app reads your location while it is open, and uses it only to center the map on where you are. It is not stored, not logged, and not transmitted anywhere. The app works fully without location access, and this website never asks for your location at all.
What stays on your phone
Where you parked, your reminder settings, your saved places and recent searches, and any problem reports you have sent are all stored on your device only. Deleting the app deletes them.
Notifications
Used for one purpose: reminding you before you need to move a parked car.
Problem reports
If you report a problem with a block, the app composes an email in your own Mail app addressed to support@secondactlabs.com. Nothing is sent unless you tap send. The report contains the block you were looking at, the time, what the map showed, and any note you write — no personal information beyond the email address you send it from.
Maps
Map tiles and search come from Apple Maps and are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Children
Street Legal is not directed to children and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
